Delivery and Set Up
Here’s what you need to do to get ready for your new table.
Your new table is a great opportunity for you to spend more face-to-face time with your family and friends. Additionally, you have purchased a product that can last generations with proper care and maintenance. Today’s family pleasure, tomorrow’s family treasure!
If you haven’t already, please double check the room dimensions to make sure that your table will fit with plenty of room for the cues.
Please make sure that our installers have a clear path to and inside your game room and that there is no other furniture impeding the installation.
Once your pool table slate is put on the frame, your table cannot be moved. Please make sure that the person home during the installation is authorized to approve the placement. Additional movement may incur additional charges.
Please also ensure that we have access to working electrical sockets. We will be using small power tools during the installation.
While we attempt to arrive within the estimated window, there are many factors which are out of our control. The two most frequent being traffic and previous installation delays. Our crew will call you when they are on their way.
Depending on the model of your purchase, we will be in your home from 2 to 6 hours. Please plan your day accordingly.
While you are welcome to take pictures or video the installation process, we ask that you refrain from interrupting the installers. They have a technical job to do and other customers to serve after you.
Once your table is completely installed, our crew will go over each feature of the table in order to ensure your satisfaction. We ask you to read and follow the sheet titled “Caring for your new table”.
