Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the items within 30 days of the purchase or delivery. Restrictions apply.  To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you purchased it in, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Please note, we do not offer refunds for any services such as Delivery, installation, assembly, or moving fees. We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
1. No returns on pool tables or game tables.
2. Products sold on any discounted sale, final sale, or clearance
3. Custom or personalized products
4. Made to order products
5. Merchandise that is found to be dirty, stained, damaged, or abused
6. Cues that have been chalked or scuffed
7. Accessories that have been opened or used

Restocking Fees

Returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.  Store credit does not incur a fee.

Refunds

For purchases made with cash or credit card, any applicable refunds less restocking will be sent via company check and mailed within 10 days of eligible returns, or by an issue of store credit. We do not issue cash or credit card refunds.
